Drywall repairs are inexpensive and a must for a clean finished look. Once repairs are done a fresh coat of paint will bring the room back to life and show a little of your style and personality. No upfront payments

No deposits on Up to $200 in material cost per project . Material cost over $200 can be paid for me to pick up or customers can supply themselves.

No labor cost due until project is completed satisfactorily

Larger project’s labor payment is not due until phase/ milestone of project is completed as agreed to in contract.

Worry-Free Contracting- Here’s How

Happy Home Guarantee: Don’t pay until you’re Satisfied

Final quality check walk-through with the home owner will always be performed before payment is requested.

I’m not happy until you’re happy and don’t want your money until I get it right.

Discount taken off of customers bill if deadline missed.

If project deadline is missed by more than 24 business hours due to an issue of my fault I will apply a discount to the customers bill.

Troubleshooting and Temporary repair cost credit

If I charge you for troubleshooting or a temporary repair and you end up having me do the full replacement within 90 days I will apply that cost to the labor cost of the replacement

Long, extensive warranty

1 year + on parts and labor depending on the material used, process used to install parts and circumstances surrounding the project.

Even willing to warranty agreed upon customer supplied parts

Tiered pricing

Some projects will have unknowns and issues that are likely to come up. Instead of charging one price to cover all possible issues like most contractors I lay out the price in tiers from best to worst case.

They cover the best case scenario, and a price added as each likely issue comes up. The tiers end at the worst case scenario so you know the price wont get carried away.

The contract will have written out what is covered in each tier and provable steps to show if the other repairs are needed or not.

Obliterate your “to do list” discount

When you schedule to have me work on multiple projects within a 60 day period the highest labor cost project on the list will be full price.

Then the lower priced projects on the list will receive a 15% discount on their labor cost

Flexible scheduling

Time is always left in my schedule to finish projects and to come back for warranty work right away because getting previous customers back up and running is my priority.

Your home, my priority: As a one-man team, your family, pets and belongings are in safe hands

One contractor means less online vetting and background research. One person taking total responsibility while in your home, not multiple contractors coming in and out of your home and around your family.

One contractor that can get done many parts of a project and only dealing with one estimate, contract, schedule and payment saves a lot of time and legwork for my customers.

It also saves them money because they don’t have to pay multiple minimum service charges for small little parts of a project. For example, opening a hole in the drywall to move a wire then needing drywall repair and paint to get it back to normal.
