Newly installed 4 ton Strait AC, Central air conditioning unit. Hooked to indoor coil above natural gas furnace.

Clean system- indoor coil, outdoor coil, replace filters, condensate drain, blower motor wheel, clear /clean drain pan and pipe

Keep your systems filter, indoor and outdoor coil clean for higher efficiency and longer unit life.

No roof top units

Small parts replacement- condensate pump, humidifier

Sometimes all your unit needs is a quick easy repair to get it up and running.

No Emergency calls “after hours, need it done next day” or service/ detailed diagnostic work

Thermostat- replace or upgrade to energy efficient, programmable and or smart system

Programmable thermostats can make it a lot easier to keep your home at the temperatures you want. They save energy by keeping your home more comfortable while your home and a little less so while you're away.

Central air conditioning/ furnace replacement- Replace existing unit with similar size and fuel source. Furnace electric, fuel oil or natural gas, Strait AC or Heat pump, No LPG propane gas, Geo thermal, in floor radiant heating system, boilers, package units

Fresh mastic duct seal painted on to fill and seal any air leaks and gaps around duct connections

Duct air leak check and repair/ sealing -

Up your system’s efficiency by finding and sealing off any air leaks in unfinished spaces.

Newly installed flex duct added on to condition section of soon to be finished basement

Duct work add on, repair or resize -

Add ductwork to condition newly finished spaces as long as your unit is sized large enough to handle it.

  • New AC unit and natural gas furnace delivered to home and set up ready to be installed.

  • New AC evaporator coil, gas furnace and ductwork all installed

  • Outdoor condensing unit all hooked in and ready to go.

  • New ductwork was needed to replace old ductboard that was nailed to the bottom of the floor joist bays acting as both supply and return ducts. Not very efficient and gets fiberglass out into the air and promoted mold growth.

  • New duct metal and flex installed in finished basement space, low profile duct used for extra headroom savings.
