Light fixture replacement- Can/ pot/ recessed lights, dome lights, exterior sconces, landscape lighting, chandeliers, track lights, vanity lights, flood lights
New lighting fixtures are an inexpensive, non invasive way to add more light to show off your other home improvements. They set the mood and help you relax with dimmable lighting or shine a lot of light on work areas.
Outlets an switches- upgrade or replace GFCI, AFCI, dimmer switches, smart switch and outlet, 3 and 4 way switches, combo switch/outlets
Invest in the newest electrical safety upgrades with GFCI, AFCI or a combination outlet with both protections depending on the area of your home. GFCI at least should be installed in bath, kitchen, outdoors, garage, laundry and unfinished basement areas. AFCI is great for living areas and bedrooms where it is likely for a nail , screw or hanger to be driven through a wire in the wall.
Upgrade to dimmer switches, three way switches, modern style slide switch/ rocker or smart switches
Wire and fixture diagnoses and repair - NO new install/ add on, relocation, full rewire due to upgrade or converting from aluminum to copper wire, no main power overhead or underground to house, no power to pool pump, no generator install, panel replacement/ add on sub panel or upgrade to service, security systems/ cameras.
Find and repair shorts and loose wires at connections and in the wall. I can also patch any holes made and paint repair when done.

Loud, shaky, dirty or outdated exhaust fans can be changed out for a great value. Upgraded fans can really make your bathroom experience a lot nicer.
Smoke detectors- hard wired or battery
Most smoke detectors should be changed out about every ten years. New long term battery, you can get the newest technology in place.
Garage door opener- Sensors, button, remotes, opener
Go for a quiet, powerful, safe opener especially if your's is not working correctly or is burned out. Correctly working sensors can save your kids and pets from serious injury
Electric baseboard heaters/ space heaters-
A cheap alternative to HVAC solutions to heat a hard to reach area.
Ceiling fan replacement- replace existing fan or upgrade existing light to fan with light
Fans in your home can save on heating and cooling bills and spread the air throughout your home making it fresh and airy.
Doorbell- hardwired or wireless No security systems
Correctly working doorbells are an important way for visitors to let you know they are there without banging their hands on your hard wood or delicate glass storm door.
Hardwired appliances- Microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal
Upgrade your over the stove microwave, dishwasher or garbage disposal for a more efficient nicer looking model.
Sump pump battery backup -
Make an extra layer of safety from flooding for your home. This is really important if you have a finished basement. If you have a storm and no generator you’re not going to be safe if the power goes out. It’s really the most important time to have your pump running.
